When describing my style I must look to the things that give me inspiration - my photographic style is shaped by so many different things! I love a balance of vintage and modern design elements, fresh color palettes, natural light and unique details. These things bring a sense of character to my images. My style is influenced heavily by nature, vintage fashion and design, cinema, my favorite books - really anything and everything that I love plays a part in how I perceive beauty through the lens of my camera.

Dallas has some amazing venues for weddings, and I love being a part of documenting each couple's wedding day as it unfolds in its own beautiful way! I strive to capture the essence of each wedding that I cover, because each one is as unique as the couple that we are celebrating. At the same time I try to find the beauty in the small things, in the details that are so easy to overlook. I believe that everyone deserves beautiful photographs to document their wedding day, and if you share my artistic taste, I would be honored to be your wedding and portrait photographer. I want to capture your emotions, your heart and your soul within my images, and provide you with wedding photographs that you will not only love, but that will be priceless heirlooms for your children and grandchildren.

{A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF}

Well, for starters, I am Bethany, of Bethany Erin Photography - I am based in Dallas, Texas, and I provide wedding photography services to Dallas brides & grooms, however, I am not limited to this geographic location! I love to travel, and can create a custom quote for your destination wedding! I am excited to work with you as the historian of your wedding day, and the curator of your memories, to provide you with exquisite wedding photography!!

{HOW THINGS WORK}

Fabulous wedding photographs! Normally, I communicate with brides over the telephone or e-mail, then we will meet for a consultation. During the consultation we will get to know each other a little better as I listen to the story of how you two met, and hear all the details of this amazing wedding that you are planning! I will explain my modus operandi of wedding coverage, and we will get a good feel for each other's personalities. It's important that we establish a relationship - when you are going to be working closely with someone throughout your entire wedding day, not only do you want to feel like we are kindred spirits, but we need to trust one another. I want you to be at your very best, looking and feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world, and trusting me to capture the emotion and detail on this day that will be such a whirlwind of excitement. I want to provide you with an unforgettable experience, and priceless memories of this important day! During weddings I am there, capturing the events of your wedding day, seeing and recording everything in an unobtrusive manner. It is not my desire to direct and choreograph your wedding, but to accurately record everything in the most natural and meaningful way possible.

All of my wedding packages include an engagement session because I know how valuable it is to spend time getting to know one another before your wedding day. An engagement session is really the perfect solution because not only do we become more comfortable with each other, but I am able to learn you, your personality, how you want to be photographed, and, most importantly, how you and your fiance interact with one another. My portrait sessions are at the location of your choice – a park, your home, the lake, a field, downtown – your imagination is pretty much the limit! Dallas has a ton of beautiful options, and I'm always open to new locations that you may have in mind. Together we will find the perfect venue to reflect your personalities! I realize that custom photography is an investment, and I put my very best into my work to provide you with photographs that you are absolutely going to love. I can’t wait to meet you, and my promise is to do everything in my power to make your experience as unforgettable as the photographs that I take!

{A LIST OF WHAT I DO}

I am a Dallas Wedding Photographer, and I also enjoy doing engagement and bridal photography sessions, which are a great way for us to become acquainted before your wedding day! I design custom albums, such as the Love Story and the Reception Book - the Love Story is a wedding album that tells the unique tale of your wedding day with pictures, and the Reception Book is a creative alternative to the traditional guestbook that uses the images from your engagement session. I'd love to hear from you and discuss what you can expect from me as your wedding photographer, and to discuss the details of your wedding day!
