LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I am so in love with this session - the colors, the lighting, gorgeous Sophie - everything! While Sophie came prepared to thwart our plans for a beautiful session, I still think it still turned out beautifully! I (along with her grandmother) had to work VERY hard for those smiles, but I just love her serious face as well! You'll have to glance through the whole session, the entire spectrum of Sophie's personality is on display for all to see : ) I just love sessions like this that are so real and still so beautiful!

I had a blast photographing Caroline today for her birthday session - she will be three years old in June! Her birthday party this year is going to be cupcake-themed, and her mom wanted to tie that in with her photographs. I think she did a great job with the decorations, they turned out so cute! Caroline has quite the little personality, once when I asked her if she could "model" for me just a little longer, she mistakenly thought I had asked her to "waddle," and she was totally on it - she said, "Sure, I can waddle for you!" And took off in a sort of duckling-esque type waddle. She was adorable, as always. Hope you enjoy my favorites from her session!!!
